Before you return a Strains product, please spend your valuable time to know about our quality of the products. At Strains, we are ready to replace your product if you are not satisfied with your purchase and be it for any reason. 

 

 

Please read below our return & exchange policies- 

Return Policy

If you want to return your purchase, please go through the instructions below:

  • You can return/exchange in 7 days after the date of delivery.

  • Once your return is received and verified, we will send you a confirmation email that we have received your returned item. We will also communicate with you about the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Strains will exchange the returned items free of cost or issue a refund for the cost of the goods to the credit/debit card used for online shopping.

  • There is no refund provided for shipping charges as to return, customers have to pay the shipping charges to the applicable return address.

  • All products must be sent to our office in Hyderabad, India.

Claiming Refunds

For Credit Card/Debit Card/Net banking Transactions:

As you complete the online transaction at the time of purchase and payment authorization, we will provide a refund to the original mode of payment.

Shipping charges will not be refunded except where Strains has incorrectly sent you the wrong item /color/size.

Strains will do refunds when we found

  • Original sizing issues, only for unused garments with tags. Please check our size details carefully before making your purchase.
  • Genuine quality issues.
  • Packages lost in transportation
  • Mis-pricing in its online catalog and the price charged to you is above the actual price.
  • A wrong item has been shipped to you.

For a refund, your item must be in the original packaging and in the same condition when you received it.

Strains will do not refund when we found

  • Minor design and color variations
  • Incorrect or invalid delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format 
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by the courier.
  • The package refused by the recipient.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
